Our Program OptionsWe design an individual program for you based on your needs. You may need intensive coaching or only require brief coaching to keep you on track of your recovery. Our basic program options are:
Intensive Coaching which is face-to-face at our office in Colorado for several hours a day for 3-5 days in a row. This is the best way to get a head-start on recovery. It’s like 3 months of counseling completed in 3 days! The intensive coaching is all individual. There are no groups or classes. Only you and the coaches work together during this time. This is our most popular program which yields a very high success rate. Telephone Intensive Coaching is for people who want intensive help but cannot come to Colorado. We conduct our original intensive program over the phone for about 10 days in a row. You will receive many tools and ideas to help you battle the thoughts and triggers behind your eating disorder or self-injury. Maintenance Coaching is great for those who have completed our Intensive program and for those who just need help staying on track with their recoveries. If you feel that you could benefit from frequent contact from our coaches to help you stay motivated, to guide you, and offer new tools to try then you may need our maintenance coaching. The coaches work with clients over the phone and via email to discuss current stress, triggers, goals and progress. Our contact times vary between daily, bi-weekly, weekly and monthly. Relapse Prevention Coaching is available for those who have completed other programs or are just in need of support in their recovery. This option is also great as an after-care program. Recovery is a life-long process. Difficult times arise and our relapse prevention coaching can help keep clients on the safe and healthy track of coping with these times. We have had great success with these programs. People are shocked that after years of counseling and other treatment programs, they finally find success and recovery through Positive Reflections. They are skeptical about the coaching approach vs. counseling and the short duration of our programs compared to others. However, at the end of their work with us, they are pleased with their achievement. Our fees vary and we offer several payment arrangements. Coaching is not covered by insurance companies. Insurance companies often require methods we’ve found proven to be unsuccessful and not in the best interest of patients. Because we do not include these methods, insurance companies will not cover our coaching. We do offer several payment options to assist in making it easier for you.
